Other ingredients: Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL, Calcium Lactate, Calcium Carbonate, Anti-caking Agent (micro crystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate), Lubricant (stearic acid), Flow Agent (silicon dioxide), Coating (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, Colour (titanium dioxide), vegetable glycerol, carnauba wax).

Recommended use: Four tablets twice per day (8 tablets in all). Take four in the morning and then four in the afternoon. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
